This Privacy Policy describes how AgenticBoost ("we", "us") collects, uses, protects, and deletes information when you use our website, contact and booking forms, and the private Agentic HQ financial tracker.

Information we collect

Information you provide through our forms: your name, business name, phone number, and your answers to questions about your business.
Basic usage information about how you interact with our pages (for example, which steps of a form were completed).
If you choose to connect a financial institution: account names and types, partial account numbers, balances, transaction dates, amounts, merchants, and transaction categories supplied through Plaid.
Operational records such as the time and outcome of a financial-data sync. We do not retain raw webhook message bodies.

Bank usernames and passwords are entered in Plaid Link. AgenticBoost does not receive or store those credentials.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and provide the information you requested.
To send appointment confirmations, scheduling messages, and follow-up messages about your inquiry by SMS text message, when you have provided your phone number and agreed to be contacted.
To improve our website and services.
To show connected balances and transactions, maintain the financial calendar, categorize everyday spending, and identify information that needs review in the private financial tracker.

Financial account consent

We access financial information only after you choose to connect an account and authorize access through Plaid Link. The tracker uses read-only account and transaction data. It does not initiate transfers or payments. You can revoke access by disconnecting an institution in the tracker or by contacting us.

SMS / text messaging

By submitting your phone number through our forms, you consent to receive text messages from AgenticBoost related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate and only as needed to provide our services. These providers include Plaid for financial account connectivity and Supabase for authentication and restricted data storage. Plaid handles information under its End User Privacy Policy.

Data retention and security

Financial account and transaction data is retained while the account remains connected and the information is needed to operate the tracker. When you disconnect an institution, the Plaid access token and imported account and transaction data are removed from AgenticBoost. If deletion requires manual processing, we complete it within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law. Minimal sync and security logs are normally retained for no more than 90 days.

We protect financial data with encrypted HTTPS connections, provider-managed encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication, server-side secret storage, least-privilege database access, and row-level access controls. No security method is perfect, but we review these safeguards periodically and remediate material issues.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us. You can also remove a connected institution directly from the financial tracker. We verify requests before acting to protect your information.
